b/c of this frequent shutting down I lost my hard disk. Basically, run cmd.exe as an admin then run the command findstr.exe /m /l 202b *.sys it should list a driver name, then google that driver name to figure out what it second crash was a video driver not responding. But I noticed that when I hit the send to, it's send to "desktop (Shortcut)" then from the desktop it's send to "Compressed file (Shortcut)". The problem does seem to be power related, and I was alluding to that earlier, I don't think the OP has tested the system with a different power supply yet. Drivers will often handle those kind of failures less than gracefully, and then you get a blue screen. NTOSKRNL.EXE is a operating system file.
I wish more were as precise and informative as this one. Unfortunately i don't have a Windows installation disk, i never got one with my laptop...
