This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. Although, as i said in my original post, these BSODs are very random, sometimes i get them once in a couple of weeks, and sometimes once in a month or two. The last time this happened which was about an hour ago.. I forced it to sleep mode several times and so far no BSOD!
