The dates on the winpcap, packet.dll, and npf.sys are all on Dec 14, and tftp2 was installed on Dec 9 and deleted on Dec 13. Maybe once out of every 20 or 30 reboots it will actually boot up, or i can spam f8 and get it to boot into safe mode.
