With a specific crash message from the blue screen message in hand, you can at least perform a web search to discover what might actually be the problem. It keeps crashing when trying to play any games (never had any performance issues before). It stays frozen at the "starting windows" screen and will load about 20% of the time. Only defense when that sort of thing happens is experience...!
