The Power Options panel shows and I click on the + mark to the left of Sleep.7. Rebooted my machine, hibernate is set to 45 minutes and it's still in sleep mode. That is, I'm running into folk that upgrade or install 10 but didn't know what to do after. Alternatively your problem is there is no Hibernate option on the Windows 7 Shut Down menu.
