Many programs on your computer are set to automatically run right away, but most don't have to.To stop these programs from running automatically, go to Start>>All Programs>>Startup. Once you've run through the entire cleaning process, don't be surprised if your computer runs a bit faster. Doing it this way, it did not deny me access to my files after the installation.
For that, i suggest u to use Registry Recycler. This won't make the individual programs load faster, but it will take strain off your system so you can use programs sooner.
